Job Description
• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for outage management across the Kraken platform.
• Partner with utilities, client delivery, and internal product teams to identify key needs and prioritize impactful solutions.
• Translate insights from real-world outage operations into clear product outcomes and measurable success metrics.
• Collaborate with our Global Product teams to design, build and refine tools that improve outage visibility, communication, and restoration coordination.
• Continuously learn from live events to improve product performance and customer experience.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise software with at least two years of experience in the utility industry.
- You’ve worked in or closely with electric utilities and understand how outages impact operations, customers, and regulators.
- You’re familiar with outage management systems (OMS), field operations, or grid reliability processes.
- You’re a systems thinker who can connect customer experience, data, and operational workflows into coherent, scalable products.
- You’re adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment, whether working on a high-level product strategy or rolling up your sleeves to execute.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX and data science.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define and track key success metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, balancing technical and business needs.
- Comfort engaging with clients during sales, discovery, and delivery.
- Passion for customer experience, with a strong focus on usability, efficiency, and empathy.
