• Own the end-to-end analytics process—from data collection and transformation to insight generation and visualization. • Partner with leadership across Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to identify key metrics, define success criteria, and measure business impact. • Design and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that empower teams to make faster, smarter decisions. • Build our reporting capabilities and support the enterprise in internal and external reporting needs. • Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure data reliability, scalability, and accuracy. • Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, product performance, and revenue trends to surface opportunities for growth and efficiency. • Support executive decision-making with clear, data-backed recommendations and scenario modeling. • Collaborate with engineers to enhance data infrastructure and advocate for best practices in data management. • Help foster a data-driven culture across the organization through training, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
