• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and/or GitLab CI • Apply Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform / Terragrunt – from green-field to brown-field • Run & tune Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS, GKE, AKS or on-prem) • Introduce GitOps workflows with ArgoCD or FluxCD • Build an end-to-end observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry) • Operate distributed services such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis inside Kubernetes • Work hand-in-hand with our clients – from architecture talks to incident debugging • Take regular hack-time for our own startup side-projects you’ll help shape • Keep us current with the CNCF landscape – we love trying out new projects
