Job Description

• Leads enterprise-wide automation strategy and execution • Oversees design, deployment, and optimization of intelligent automation solutions • Partners with IT and business leaders to manage cross-functional automation teams • Track performance metrics and business outcomes of automation investments • Build consultative working relationships with business and technology partners • Establish frameworks for automation governance, data security, regulatory compliance • Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of automation initiatives

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, math, computer science, design, business, or related field
12+ years of experience leading RPA, IPA, BAW, and BPM initiatives
Proven success in delivering automation initiatives that generate measurable business value
Strong collaboration skills across business, technology, and governance functions
Experience managing automation portfolios, roadmaps, and KPIs
Deep understanding of automation platforms (RPA, IPA, BPM, BAW)
Familiarity with AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, and integration tools (e.g., APIs, iPaaS)
Experience with automation governance, security protocols, and compliance frameworks
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Demonstrated application of Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
