Job Description

• As part of our Competence Center, you drive innovation in Camunda and Spring Boot. • You independently advise clients on the design and implementation of modern Java architectures and develop high-performance solutions — from cloud-based microservices to BPM and process automation (Camunda). • You integrate these seamlessly into complex IT systems and help make business processes more efficient and smarter. • To ensure the long-term success of our solutions, you support clients not only during implementation but also afterward. • Through continuous optimization of existing applications, you ensure the sustainable efficiency and future viability of your software solutions. • You build long-term customer relationships to create a strong professional network — for lasting, successful collaboration. • You work closely with our sales team to strengthen existing client relationships and acquire new customers.

Job Requirements

You have at least 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting — as well as a completed university degree in an IT-related field or comparable vocational training.
Solid experience in Java development with Spring Boot and, ideally, with Camunda.
Knowledge of BPM and process automation; experience with Angular and/or React is a plus.
Initial experience with cloud-based microservice architectures (Azure or AWS) is desirable but not required.
You can communicate technical concepts clearly and competently and are able to work with clients and stakeholders as equals, strategically assessing their requirements.
You have business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
