Job Description
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into robust technical solutions
• Design and build data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources (CSV, Parquet, APIs, etc.) using AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, and related AWS services
• Model supply chain concepts using RDFS/OWL
• Transform heterogeneous datasets into RDF using RML-based approaches
• Develop standardized SPARQL queries, visualizations, and search functionalities to support business insights
• Build user-friendly front-end applications (search pages, dashboards, and visualizations) integrated into the Knowledge Graph platform
Job Requirements
- Proven experience with Semantic Web technologies (RDFS, SPARQL, OWL)
- Strong proficiency in Python, SPARQL, SQL, and HTML
- Experience building data integration solutions using AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, and S3
- Familiarity with RML for data mapping
- Experience with Web Development (HTML, API integration)
- Experience with Stardog or Metaphacts is a strong plus
- Understanding of IDMP Ontology or related pharmaceutical data models is an advantage
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
