Job Description

• Responsible for multiple clients (25 - 30 monthly) • Prepare year-end closeout from raw data • W2s & 1099 reporting • Enter and classify client data • Handle routine client questions • Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations • Utilize QuickBooks and train clients • Prepare financial statements for CPA review • Prepare journal entries for month and year-end close • Prepare Payroll, Sales & Use Tax Returns, Property Tax Returns • Assisting with ad-hoc projects & Tax Return preparations as needed

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but strong equivalent experience will be considered
1+ yrs of full charge accounting experience in public accounting with a strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with clients and coworkers
Knowledge/experience with preparing quarterly tax estimates is a plus
Experience with data entry, record keeping, and computer operation
Organizational skills, attention to detail and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfortable working on multiple open projects and clients at one time
Intimate knowledge of Intuit platforms and fluency in Microsoft suite, proficiency with QuickBooks (Online); experience with Practice CS is a plus
