Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS.
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA).
- Solid understanding of modern AI/ML concepts—including large language models, multi-agent systems, context engineering, MCP (Model Context Protocol), A2A (Agent-to-Agent Protocol), and expertise in model fine-tuning and training.
- Proven ability to work alongside data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions that balance technical viability, scalability, and user experience.
- Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices relevant to enterprise software and AI products.
- Demonstrable record of managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products, working through full product lifecycle.
- Experience supporting or growing open-source AI platforms and/or direct customer-facing products.
- Excellent written and verbal skills to translate technical capabilities into compelling business value for both internal and external audiences.
