Job Description
• Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers and Representatives, driving performance, coaching, and career growth
• Build and execute strategies to acquire new customers and grow Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
• Track key sales metrics—conversion rates, pipeline health, and rep activity—to optimize performance
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create sales enablement content and co-sell on high-value opportunities
• Report to executive leadership on performance, forecast outcomes, and contribute to company-wide initiatives
Job Requirements
- Experienced sales leader (Director level preferred) with a proven track record in SaaS, PaaS, or tech sales—hosting experience is a plus
- 5+ years of successful selling experience with expertise in outbound/new customer acquisition
- Skilled at building, mentoring, and retaining top-performing teams
- Strong operational mindset: pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and process development come naturally
- Collaborative, cross-functional, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
