Job Description

• Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and campaigns • Work with the marketing and design teams to create impactful content • Analyze data from campaigns to provide insights and improve performance • Identify and track KPIs to measure the success of campaigns • Monitor social media platforms, trends, and conversations • Foster relationships with customers through engaging interactions • Optimize campaigns and handle budgeting and reporting processes • Manage campaigns and initiatives end-to-end • Perform administrative tasks, such as creating reports and tracking analytics • Manage, coach, motivate, and inspire the social media team.

Job Requirements

  • 4–6 years of proven experience in marketing, social media, or a similar position, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong background in developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams, with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire creatives and strategists
  • Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using the latest digital marketing and content creation tools
  • Skilled in utilizing AI tools to produce high-quality, innovative, and scalable content
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
  • Well-connected within the digital and social media space, with a strong awareness of industry shifts and opportunities
  • Highly ambitious, proactive, and results-driven, with a passion for continuous learning and growth
  • Background in data analytics, with the ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Creative vision and storytelling skills, with a strong eye for what resonates with audiences
  • Proficient in content creation, design, and management software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
