Job Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to target and secure partnerships with major retail clothing brands across North America • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting retail stores and chains, conducting outreach, and presenting tailored proposals • Build long-term relationships with key accounts, including negotiations, contract management, and ongoing support • Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that meet client specifications • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging retail needs • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and virtual meetings • Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and client feedback using CRM tools

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in apparel sales, with a track record of successfully selling manufacturing services or products to retail clothing companies
  • Familiarity with selling into major retailers similar to Zara, H&M, or Dynamite; alternatively, experience selling directly to apparel manufacturers
  • Strong understanding of the apparel industry, particularly in areas like pattern printing, custom garment production, cut-and-sew processes, and supply chain dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings, trade shows, or facility visits
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
