• Ensure the integrity of our marketing data, systems, and performance measurement • Own the operational foundation that makes every marketing dollar accountable • Unify data across disparate systems into a trusted, single view of marketing performance • Coach and develop talent while building scalable processes to support future team growth • Manage and coach direct report(s), ensuring clarity of goals, accountability, and professional growth • Establish data governance practices to improve availability, accuracy, and usability for reporting and analysis • Own campaign tracking architecture, UTM governance, and attribution setup • Build dashboards for spend, performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution • Lead experiment design and incrementality measurement across campaigns • Establish and enforce data quality standards across all performance marketing activities
