Job Description
• Identify and target potential clients that fit our ICP, with a focus on the U.S. and Mexican markets.
• Expand and leverage your network to initiate strategic conversations and generate interest in our services.
• Secure and schedule high-value meetings with directors, senior managers, and technology leaders.
• Create and optimize B2B LinkedIn campaigns aligned with Coderio’s brand.
• Work closely with the sales team to fine-tune the approach, messaging, and prospecting strategy.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or in similar roles.
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B lead generation and meetings with decision-makers.
- Strong knowledge of the software engineering outsourcing market.
- Excellent written communication skills in English (clear, concise, and persuasive messaging).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn with an active network and broad audience.
- Hunter mindset and strong results orientation (performance-based compensation).
