Job Description
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Mid-Market Account Managers
• Conduct regular performance reviews and support professional development of team members
• Oversee the management of the Medbridge Middle Market customer base
• Drive the team to achieve targets for Gross Revenue Retention
• Ensure the team meets or exceeds quotas for account growth
• Support your team in customer opportunities and guide enhancement of client engagement
• Ensure effective utilization of Salesforce CRM
• Contribute to refinement of processes and tools for renewals and customer reporting
• Provide ongoing reporting to the VP of Account Management on team performance
Job Requirements
- 7+ Years of progressive account management experience or enterprise customer success experience within a SaaS or healthtech environment
- 1-2 years of leading account management teams
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex accounts within top-tier healthcare provider or health system space
- Exceptional ability to influence and build credibility with C-suite and Board-level executive stakeholders
- Mastery of strategic and tactical solution selling
- Proven ability to identify and drive large-scale opportunities
- Superior executive-level communication, strategic planning, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel significantly for client engagement
