Job Description

• Lead cross‑functional teams in planning, executing, and delivering projects to meet business objectives. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies across the full project lifecycle. • Track project performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards, taking corrective action when needed. • Facilitate clear and effective communication with project teams, leadership, and stakeholders through regular updates and structured forums. • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation.

Job Requirements

4 – 8 years of experience, preferred
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience in leading IT initiatives with a demonstrated ability to execute on time and on budget, preferred
Ability to effectively plan and organize an initiative, preferred
Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and ensure that the deliverables are completed within the set timeframe, preferred
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills, preferred
Detail oriented and highly motivated, preferred
Possess high level of personal initiative, preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is preferred
