Job Description

• Assist in development of the database visualization models • Edit and update internal database systems • Identify library information and update the current systems • Read and interpret government policy, regulations, and directives and applying those to required activities • Lead and facilitate client meetings and exercises • Identify strategies for automating and implementing efficient work management processes • Map complex business processes and communicate processes solutions to the client • Create project status briefings and reports • Develop project artifacts including charters, agendas, minutes, and correspondence • Identify risks to the trajectory of the project and develop risk mitigation strategies • Identify issues and develop issues resolution/escalation strategies • Participate in program management working sessions and support program managers in executing day-to-day project management activities.

Job Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of experience (or one and a Masters)
  • Experience with management consulting or IT project management preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Preferred relevant experience in direct support of the Government Agencies
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data
  • Ability to read and interpret acquisition policy, regulations, and directives
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work effectively independently and in team settings
  • Proven ability to support multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously in a deadline driven process
  • Experience in building and managing client relationships.
  • Clearance: Clearable to secret or above.
