Job Description

• Assist in development of the database visualization models • Edit and update internal database systems • Identify library information and update the current systems • Read and interpret government policy, regulations, and directives and applying those to required activities • Lead and facilitate client meetings and exercises • Identify strategies for automating and implementing efficient work management processes • Map complex business processes and communicate processes solutions to the client • Create project status briefings and reports • Develop project artifacts including charters, agendas, minutes, and correspondence • Identify risks to the trajectory of the project and develop risk mitigation strategies • Identify issues and develop issues resolution/escalation strategies • Participate in program management working sessions and support program managers in executing day-to-day project management activities.

Job Requirements

At least two (2) years of experience (or one and a Masters)
Experience with management consulting or IT project management preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering or a related field
Master's degree is a plus
Preferred relevant experience in direct support of the Government Agencies
Proficient in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to conduct detailed research and analysis of technical data
Ability to read and interpret acquisition policy, regulations, and directives
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work effectively independently and in team settings
Proven ability to support multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously in a deadline driven process
Experience in building and managing client relationships.
Clearance: Clearable to secret or above.
