Job Description
• Develop and implement comprehensive AI strategies that align with company goals, identifying high-impact opportunities for AI integration across the organization
• Define, scope, and prioritize AI projects across functions (product, finance, customer service, operations)
• Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into clear, business-friendly language
• Guide AI prototypes and pilots through the full innovation funnel
• Establish and maintain AI governance frameworks
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to track ROI, adoption rates, and value creation
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in AI/ML strategy, digital transformation, or related roles
- Demonstrated understanding of AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, generative AI, and agentic systems
- Proven track record of translating technical concepts for executive and non-technical audiences
- Experience prioritizing and managing multiple AI initiatives simultaneously
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and AI ethics frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
