Job Description

• Perform daily data capturing and allocations on bank accounts for three company entities • Complete banking processing by 16:00 daily for management reports to run • Handle monthly depreciation accruals • Process journals from payroll to various departments (two full days of work per month), ensuring completion between the 12th–15th of the following month • Manage high-volume transactions for entity A: Average 1,470 banking transactions per month • Average 560 debtor and creditor payment transactions per month • Manage transactions for entity B and C: Average 630 transactions per month • Average 20 debtor and creditor payment transactions per month

Job Requirements

Proficiency in Sage Evolution (essential, non-negotiable)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent time management skills to meet strict deadlines
Experience in financial data capturing, allocations, and compliance processes
Ability to manage high transaction volumes accurately
Fully equipped home office with own laptop, secure and fast internet and backup for power cuts
