• Own monthly close process across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Maintain and reconcile general ledger, sub-ledgers, and bank accounts. • Manage accruals, prepaids, and intercompany transactions. • Prepare consolidated financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses. • Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies. • Support annual external audit, including preparation of schedules and liaison with auditors. • Manage state and local tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. • Assist with annual audit preparation and ongoing audit requirements. • Work primarily with QuickBooks Online, Stripe, Ramp, and payroll systems. • Contribute to process improvements, automation, and scalable reporting workflows. • Partner with the CFO on forecasting, budgeting, and board reporting. • Collaborate with Operations and RevOps to align financial reporting with SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, retention). • Support integration of newly acquired entities into a unified finance process.
