Job Description
• Localize and activate brand strategy
• Enable regional sales teams
• Execute educational and demand-generation programs
• Serve as a bridge between national marketing and field execution
• Create clinical persuasion and referring physician demand
• Support site activations and grow utilization within assigned region
• Collaborate with regional sales directors and CPAMs
• Execute regional demand and clinical education marketing programs
• Support referrer site activations
• Plan and lead execution of regional/local demand generation initiatives
• Develop territory specific go to market plans
• Design and track KPIs for regional marketing execution
• Collaborate with Marketing Franchise team and Centers of Excellence
• Ensure Regulatory, Legal and Compliance stakeholder alignment
• Coordinate presence at key regional and local events
• Own regional level metrics for referrer activities, educations activities and demand generation goals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Social Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advance degree preferred.
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, including product launch and brand management.
- Experience launching complex pharmaceutical diagnostics or MedTech, or capital/clinical programs in provider settings.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work in matrixed organizations with success increasing levels of responsibility.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time in field and with customers and running regional/local events
