Job Description
• Lead SEO & GEO strategy for AI and organic search visibility
• Optimize content with structured data, schema, and conversational queries
• Collaborate with MLR and web teams to ensure compliance
• Manage agencies and educate internal teams on SEO/GEO best practices
Job Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in SEO/Digital Marketing
- 2+ years in a recent pharma experience with direct ownership of SEO execution
- Strong understanding of LLMs, AI search, RAG, and entity-based SEO
- Deep experience with Schema.org, Knowledge Graphs, and SEO tools (GSC, SEMrush, etc.)
- Proven experience navigating MLR/PRC review processes
