Job Description
• Contact patients to explain the CCM program.
• Answer questions about the program and offer enrollment.
• Manage the patient's enrollment process.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Medicare regulations.
Job Requirements
- Exceptional B2C sales skills while employing active listening skills.
- Cold-Calling in an outbound call center environment.
- Meet productivity requirements established by the company.
- Ability to accurately document call content and chart transcription with strong attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency with the ability to learn new applications.
- Ability to accurately type 40 words per minute.
- High level of critical thinking and an ability to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas.
- Outbound auto-dialer experience.
- Familiarity with rebuttals.
- At least 1 year of direct sales, enrollment, or collection experience.
