Job Description

• Implement sales strategy for agency Spine business • Follow up with agencies frequently to ensure strategy is being executed • Identify weaknesses and offer evidence-based solutions • Ensure agencies are properly structured to maximize growth and competency of product line • Assist with recruitment of experienced Spine managers and deploy Arthrex training programs • Organize and lead agency Spine training – both surgeon and rep • Launch Spine new products within region • Present Spine products at high level meetings • Govern Imaging & Resection product pricing structure and qualifying discounts as they relate to product bundling • Assist representatives with trialing and closing activities at key accounts • Create custom solutions to maximize opportunity and business impact • Communicate agency focus and structure to management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years sales experience with Spine products required (endoscopic approaches preferred)
  • Knowledge of surgical orthopedics and/or arthroscopy
  • Willing to work with cadaver specimens
  • Skilled in working with different functions and effectively coordinates their activities to achieve desired results
  • Excellent listening skills, including the ability to identify and isolate customers concerns or objections, in addition to excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong relationship building skills desired
  • Microsoft Office, PC and various and specialized software
  • Cognos, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce experience a plus
