Job Description

• Defines and maintains a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives. • Develops and manages the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility. • Conducts market research, competitive analysis, and customer research to identify opportunities and threats. • Makes data-driven prioritization decisions and clearly communicates the rationale to stakeholders. • Defines success metrics and KPIs for product features and tracks performance against goals. • Demonstrates thought leadership by recommending innovative product approaches and opportunities. • Deeply understands customer needs, pain points, and workflows through research, interviews, and data analysis. • Translates customer insights into clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. • Works closely with engineering and design teams to ensure features are delivered on time and meet quality standards. • Validates that delivered features solve customer problems and drive measurable business outcomes. • Gathers and analyses customer feedback post-launch to inform future iterations. • Delights customers with features that exceed expectations and solve real problems elegantly. • Builds relationships with key customers to deeply understand their business objectives and success criteria. • Participates in customer onboarding sessions and quarterly business reviews to gather direct feedback and validate product direction. • Monitors customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT) and works with customer success team to address adoption challenges. • Actively collaborates with engineering teams during sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Partners with design to create exceptional user experiences that balance usability with technical constraints. • Works with sales and marketing to ensure go-to-market alignment and effective positioning. • Collaborates with customer success to understand adoption challenges and support needs. • Communicates product updates, decisions, and roadmap changes clearly to all stakeholders. • Facilitates discussions and drives consensus when faced with competing priorities or trade-offs. • Shares product insights, market trends, and best practices across the organisation.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, preferably for SaaS platforms or B2B software products.
  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Lean, Jobs-to-be-Done).
  • Expertise in customer research methods (user interviews, surveys, usability testing, data analysis).
  • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, ProductBoard, Aha!, Confluence, Miro).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data - understanding metrics, analysing trends, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, technical architecture, API design, and ability to discuss technical trade-offs with engineering teams.
  • Understanding of modern technologies including AI/ML applications, cloud-native architectures, microservices, data pipelines, and integration patterns and where AI can enhance product value and user experience.
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
  • Experience collaborating with customer success teams and understanding customer lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of cloud-based SaaS business models, pricing strategies, and monetization approaches.
  • Awareness of security and compliance considerations (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, data privacy) and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines).
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to create compelling product cases, documentation, and communicate product vision to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor's Degree / Master's in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how product decisions impact revenue, costs, and profitability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize ruthlessly and make difficult trade-off decisions.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset with passion for solving real problems and delivering value.
  • Strategic thinking combined with attention to detail and execution excellence.
  • Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution and quick wins.
