Job Description
• Close new client partnerships and drive revenue growth by turning qualified sales opportunities into signed deals.
• Conducting discovery calls and demos.
• Managing the sales process from first meeting to close.
• Ensuring new clients are a strong fit for our services.
• Running discovery calls and product presentations with qualified leads.
• Managing the sales pipeline and forecasting revenue in our CRM.
• Building relationships with prospects and guiding them through the decision-making process.
• Negotiating contracts and closing new client partnerships.
• Collaborating with Account Managers to ensure smooth client handoff post-sale.
• Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Representing The Growth Center with professionalism and credibility in the B2B marketplace.
Job Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account executive roles.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience conducting discovery calls, demos, and closing high-value deals.
- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS/Services industry and sales cycles.
- Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc) to manage pipelines and forecast revenue.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and structure deals with business decision-makers.
- Experience working with SDRs or Lead Generation teams to close qualified opportunities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, results-driven attitude.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Competitive mindset with resilience in handling objections.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new sales tools.
- Honest, trustworthy, and committed to delivering value.
