• Analyze product usage, operational performance, and patient outcomes across digital and service-based offerings. • Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as time-to-therapy, patient retention, program adoption, and client satisfaction • Support competitive analysis, market research, and client feedback synthesis to inform roadmap prioritization. • Assist in preparing business cases and opportunity assessments for new features or service enhancements. • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and process flows. • Maintain product documentation, including feature specs, SOPs, and compliance checklists. • Work with data science, engineering, and operations teams to validate hypotheses and support product experiments. • Partner with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure data handling and reporting meet industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11).
