Job Description
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and adjust treatment as needed
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and support high-quality service delivery
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary providers
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development
• Ensure ethical, evidence-based practices and data-driven decision-making
Job Requirements
- Current BCBA certification and Illinois state licensure
- 1–3 years of ABA experience (preferred)
- Experience supervising RBTs and leading clinical teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and client-centered care
