- 8+ years of experience in designing world-class complex enterprise products
- Knowledge of financial and crypto products
- Ability to define the strategy,
- Ability to take ownership of the design process
- Deep understanding of usable, accessible modular designs
- Excellent communication and proven ability to lead in cross-functional environments
- Experience partnering with product managers and engineers
- Compelling portfolio of high-quality design work
