Job Requirements
- Passionate about Customer Success and B2B SaaS
- Experience in managing customer portfolios
- Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus
- Familiarity with the electronics supply chain industry is advantageous
- Technical knowledge to assist in software testing and feedback
