Job Description
• Advise Sales on pricing, RFP responses, custom solutions, and professional service offers. Align deal economics with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Service Delivery to move deals from pitch to close, faster.
• Build pricing strategies and models that ensure competitiveness and protect margin.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to streamline workflows, reduce turnaround time, and increase win rates.
• Mentor analysts and coordinators; help scale the function with best-in-class tools, templates, and frameworks.
• Track and share KPIs such as deal speed, win/loss trends, cost efficiencies, and profitability insights.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in deal strategy, pricing, or commercial enablement, preferably in enterprise or recurring revenue environments.
- Strong analytical skills and fluency in financial modeling, pricing strategy, and value-based selling.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills. able to influence up, down, and across with data-driven storytelling.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and collaboration tools.
- Operates with integrity, urgency, and a collaborative spirit
