• Drive quality strategy for assigned product areas, ensuring test coverage. • Partner with Product and Engineering to embed QA best practices throughout the development lifecycle. • Advocate for a “shift-left” quality mindset - integrating testing early in design and development phases. • Develop and maintain detailed test plans and test cases based on user stories, business requirements, and technical specifications. • Execute functional, integration, regression, end-to-end testing across web and blockchain components. • Design and maintain automated regression suites using tools such as Playwright and CI/CD pipelines. • Support the delivery of high-quality releases by identifying and tracking defects, performing root cause analysis, and verifying fixes. • Validate data integrity across blockchain transactions, APIs, and databases. • Contribute to QA process improvement initiatives, including documentation, test automation coverage, and release metrics. • Mentor junior quality analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and excellence. • Analyze quality trends and KPIs to proactively identify risk areas and recommend preventative measures. • Actively participate and represent QA in sprint ceremonies, release planning, and post-release retrospectives.
