• Guide customers through software implementation • Act as a liaison between Trimble and the customer • Promote customer success with Trimble ConstructionOne product suite • Analyze customer business goals and develop software designs • Provide consulting services including business process review and setup • Deliver software application training services

Job Requirements

Hands on experience with Trimble's Vista ERP construction software
Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting, training, or technology
2+ years of software consulting experience
Industry knowledge of software consulting, construction project management, and/or accounting software
High level of customer support experience
Excellent project management, active listening skills, technological implementation skills, and change management experience
Accomplished client-management, relationship-building, requirements gathering, and negotiating skills
Ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands
Strong initiative and customer-service orientation
Ability to travel to North American customer locations for 3-5 day durations
