Job Description
• Serves as the strategic leader for the OCM effort, championing the vision for change and ensuring alignment of OCM activities with the overall CCWIS program objectives.
• Owns the development, integration, and execution of the comprehensive Organizational Change Management Plan, ensuring it addresses needs of Affected Parties, business process impacts, communications, long-term, sustained adoption, and effective knowledge transfer.
• Proactively engages executive sponsors, program leadership, and key Affected Parties to build commitment, drive alignment, and secure buy-in for change initiatives.
• Leads collaboration across internal teams, external vendors, and Affected Parties to ensure seamless coordination of change activities and consistent messaging.
• Manages and maintain the Project Plan
Job Requirements
- Minimum Seven (7) years experience in leading OCM initiatives for large scale transformation projects.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Expert understanding of OCM frameworks, methodologies, and approaches.
- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and collaborate across diverse populations and Affected Parties.
- Must hold at least one of the following certifications: Prosci Change Management, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or Lean Six Sigma.
- Must be willing to travel for meetings as needed.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be US citizen Or Permanent resident.
- Must be able to pass the govt background check.
