Job Description

• build innovative, data-driven recruiting services • create classifiers and machine learning models to clean up and categorize raw data • constantly analyse and experiment with prediction quality • find new ways to make sense of data to better support recruiting processes • actively monitor and continuously improve production models • contribute to technological, architectural and infrastructural decisions concerning data • support in planning data projects by providing technical guidance and facilitating smooth releases

Job Requirements

Masters/PhD degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
at least three years’ work experience
practical experience pre-processing unstructured textual data and developing NLP models
practical experience developing recommendation systems or some other specialization
proficiency in Python, including go-to data science libraries within the Python tool stack (Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Tensorflow)
experience querying both SQL and NoSQL databases
strong command of English language, both written and verbal
habit of writing clean, readable, well-organized, and well-tested code (nice to have)
experience with graph databases, the semantic web, and/or other modern ways of structuring data and information (nice to have)
experience with distributed processing frameworks such as Apache Spark and AWS EMR (nice to have)
experience deploying data applications within different environments (nice to have)
experience developing data pipelines (nice to have)
