• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow ITAM solutions, including SAM Pro, HAM Pro, CMDB integration, and procurement workflows. • Define strategies for license reconciliation, optimization, reclamation, and compliance across major publishers (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, IBM, SAP). • Collaborate with clients to align ITAM roadmaps with business objectives, financial goals, and audit readiness. • Build automation and intelligence into ITAM processes using ServiceNow AI, Flow Designer, and Performance Analytics. • Conduct workshops with finance, procurement, and IT stakeholders to design governance models and lifecycle policies. • Develop solution architecture artifacts—process diagrams, data models, and integration patterns—that ensure quality, scalability, and reusability. • Integrate ITAM solutions with ITOM Discovery, HR, Procurement, and Cloud Cost Management modules to deliver a single system of record. • Support pre-sales, proposal creation, and demonstrations as the subject-matter expert for ITAM and SAM Pro. • Mentor consultants and developers on ITAM architecture, licensing logic, and configuration best practices. • Stay current with emerging ServiceNow features and AI enhancements related to asset intelligence and financial optimization.
