Job Requirements

Deep experience in mobile engineering with proven expertise in Kotlin and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP);
Track record of making significant architectural decisions and experience in high-complexity, high-impact projects;
Act as a technical reference, influencing development standards, modularization, testing, CI/CD, monitoring and observability;
Experience planning, leading and executing strategic projects involving multiple teams and cross-functional dependencies;
Ability to make long-term architectural decisions, evaluating trade-offs and business impact;
Promote engineering best practices, code reviews, technical discussions and processes focused on quality and sustainability;
Develop and mentor people through mentoring, pair programming, reviews and continuous feedback;
Clear and assertive communication, fostering alignment between engineering, product and business;
Maintain a posture of continuous learning, adaptability and leadership in uncertain environments;
Practice and encourage a culture of excellence, collaboration and customer focus, leading by example;
Relevant experience with iOS development (Swift/Objective-C) and/or React Native;
Participation in large-scale, high-impact mobile projects;
Experience in high-criticality and compliance environments, with a DevOps culture and agile practices;
Contributions to technical communities, open source or mobile technology initiatives;
Experience monitoring mobile quality using metrics such as ANR rate, crash rate, app startup time, mobile NPS and others;
Familiarity with mobile performance and analytics tools (Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, AppDynamics, Datadog, etc.);
Ability to influence technical and strategic decisions beyond the immediate team, promoting global alignment and a long-term vision.
