Job Description
• own the end-to-end delivery of AI features
• design, build, and refine features throughout the entire stack
• focus on output quality of AI features for fast user accuracy
• work on automatic interview coaching, AI skills matrix, and more
Job Requirements
- real world experience building generative AI applications end to end
- experience building prompt chains, eval harnesses, vector search
- proficiency in Python and Javascript/Typescript
- experience working with structured (SQL) and unstructured data (raw text)
- ability to think deeply about how AI features work for end users
- strong product instincts and ability to work well with design
