• Provide expert guidance on clinical workflows, forms, and best practices for RN, LPN, HHA, and therapy staff. • Review and help improve documentation standards (OASIS, Plan of Care, Visit Notes, etc.). • Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid, state regulations, and accreditation standards (CHAP, ACHC, or JCAHO). • Advise on internal tools, templates, and process improvements to support efficient and compliant care delivery. • Assist in training development for clinical and administrative staff on documentation and regulatory practices. • Participate in internal audits and quality assurance reviews to identify gaps or areas for improvement.
