• Sell personal lines of insurance
• Convert high intent auto leads into bundled customers
• Explain our referral program to each new customer and prospect
• Work 20 - 25 hours per week
Job Requirements
- Must have a California Property & Casualty License
- Excellent communication skills and work ethic
- Computer & Organizational skills are a must
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize, must be self-motivated and meet established attainable goals
- Ability to add new business to the agency from our marketing programs
