• Implement, support, and maintain 24x7 Azure CSP environments, RDS deployments and Windows technologies. • Make ongoing recommendations of Azure and Windows policies and standards – strategic planning. • Manage multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced challenging environment and provide leadership to other members of the team. • Quickly convert business problems into technical solutions and opportunities. • Resolve Azure, Windows, and RDS escalations from clients and other team members. • Collaborate with customers and team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues. • Maintain and prioritize incidents, ensuring timely resolution. • Manage configuration and deployment of Azure resources in compliance with established technology policies. • Recommend technical solutions that will enhance performance, increase redundancy, and add flexibility to the existing infrastructure. • Troubleshoot Azure and Windows performance issues. • Maintain system availability and monitoring of critical services. • Maintain appropriate relationships with 3rd party vendors and evaluate vendor software, and communications products to provide recommendations to leadership. • Regular participation in change control activities that comply with ITIL change management. • Establish upgrade and backup strategies for core infrastructure. • Participate in on-call rotation as needed. • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
