• Plan and conduct user research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field studies • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive actionable insights and recommendations • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate research findings into the product development lifecycle • Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate research insights effectively • Advocate for users by presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user research and UX design • Develop and maintain a user research repository to track insights and inform future projects • Mentor and guide team members on user research methodologies and techniques
