Job Description
• Providing ongoing technical support and system administration for SAP applications and SAP SuccessFactors (cloud based)
• Performing system monitoring, performance tuning, upgrades, and troubleshooting across SAP environments
• Supporting integration between SAP systems and cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors
• Managing patches, support packages, security updates, and system error analysis
• Coordinating with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure ERP system availability and stability
Job Requirements
- Five (5) years of experience in SAP BASIS administration and technical core tasks
- Two (2) years of experience supporting an SAP operational system for a Public Sector client
- Two (2) years of experience working in environments running: Linux/DB2, Windows/MSSQL
