• Own, prioritize, and maintain the development team’s product backlog, including defining epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, business analysts, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to develop and execute product roadmaps and release plans • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products • Review, accept, and prioritize feedback and new requirements from stakeholders • Bring new perspectives to continually improve the product and better serve our customers • Analyze data to inform product decisions and refine product strategy and roadmap • Balance business needs with technical considerations and constraints • Oversee creation and maintenance of user and technical documentation • Support customer-facing teams and help develop training and communication materials • Produce content that enables others to understand product functionality and changes
