Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in conversation design, UX strategy, or AI-driven digital experience roles.
- Proven hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms such as Microsoft LUIS, Amazon Lex, Rasa, Kore.AI, Voiceflow, Google Dialogflow, or IBM Watson.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and human-centered design.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.) for mapping user flows and interaction models.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, engaging conversational experiences.
- Experience working in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries (preferred but not required).
