• Oversee a range of projects including adaptive reuse, ground-up construction, and capital improvements • Manage a program, projects, people, timelines, and quality construction documentation • Ensure design excellence through quality control and collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams • Work under a licensed PE and play a key role in project delivery and client satisfaction • Author construction documents and assist in construction administration
