• Lead and support a strong portfolio of auto dealership clients, in addition to engagements across other industries • Occasional travel to auto dealership industry conferences across the U.S. - typically 3 per year in notable locations (such as Las Vegas, Napa, and Charleston) • Provide initial and/or final review support for federal, state, and multi-state individual tax returns for corporate business owners and high net worth individuals • Build client relationships and serve as trusted advisor to effectively deliver superior client services • Identify opportunities for value-added services and potential cross-selling of other firm services to existing clients • Exemplary leadership skills and the ability to mentor, train, and develop staff members • Support partner team in practice development; including attending conferences, networking events, and training and speaking engagements
