• Define the Motion System: Develop and maintain Suki’s motion guidelines. • Build a robust library of motion templates (MOGRTs) and assets. • Work with the Head of Creative to evolve the visual identity. • Create thumb-stopping motion graphics for paid and organic social. • Collaborate with web developers and product designers to create animations. • Lead the motion design for major marketing campaigns. • Handle editing for brand manifestos, case studies, and customer testimonials. • You are a designer first and an animator second. • Partner with the Copywriter to ensure timing and visuals amplify the narrative.
