Job Description

• Provide daily functional support for Dynamics GP Manufacturing modules. • Troubleshoot user issues related to manufacturing transactions, item setup, and inventory discrepancies. • Support MRP processes by helping users interpret planning outputs and resolving exceptions. • Assist with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing assemblies. • Provide support for both Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) workflows. • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to triage issues and restore operations. • Offer end-user guidance, light training, and job aids to improve adoption.

Job Requirements

3+ years (or equivalent) hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP in manufacturing and/or distribution environments.
Demonstrated experience supporting core manufacturing execution processes (MRP/BOMs/orders/scheduling) and inventory management.
Prior experience supporting SalesPad in an environment where it integrates tightly with Dynamics GP order-to-cash.
Experience in a managed services/support desk model (ticketing, SLAs, escalations).
Relevant certifications (Dynamics GP, supply chain/manufacturing, or related ERP credentials).
