Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in roles such as Account Executive, Partnership Manager, Territory Manager, or similar quota-carrying positions, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- 2+ years of experience in real estate (multifamily preferred) or related industries including energy management, HVAC or proptech is highly desirable, with an extensive network of industry contacts
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent negotiation, consulting, and client-facing sales abilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- History of achieving assigned sales targets
