Job Description

• Architect Salesforce platform end-to-end solutions • Architect scalable and maintainable solutions • Evaluate Technology and capability requests • Expert level of knowledge in multiple technologies or IT disciplines • A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy. • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the development of refined business requirements. • Offer up creative ideas to help meet the business requirements, reducing the number of customizations and increasing automation. • Architect and document design of Salesforce solutions. • Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutions. • Work with business and IT leaders to educate users on using Salesforce.com. • Provide technical expertise with Salesforce. • Provide industry experiences to help improve Salesforce solutions. • Help to resolve, mitigate issues, and risks as they arise.

Job Requirements

10+ years related experience
Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via out-of-the-box product, technology and integration
5+ years of relevant IT experience with strong technical and functional expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com.
Strong expertise in Lightning/Communities, APEX java class / coding, custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services.
Success in guiding customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value
Ability to understand the customer's business problem, need, or opportunity and to design a solution that completely and correctly addresses the business problem, need, or opportunity without unnecessary enhancements
Ability to lead the architectural design, development, deployment, and technical quality of large enterprise or global solutions that span multiple technologies and disciplines
Ability to maintain the integrity of the proposed architecture to assure professional quality and logical consistency in the face of political and business pressures
Strong customer orientation with the ability to listen, prioritize and champion key initiatives
